All items are designed exclusively by me, and are either homemade or professionally produced.

I made a mistake at checkout, what can I do?

If the package is not sent yet, contact me and I'll see what I can do to correct it. However, changes cannot be made after the package is sealed and sent. If the address you provided is incorrect and the package is returned, you will have to pay the delivery fee again to have it re-delivered to the correct address. Please double check your information before checkout!

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Package will be sent within five working days after the order is paid.

How long will it take to be delivered?

Shipping may take three to seven working days in France, and between three to fifteen days for the rest of Europe. Please note that these are estimates and it might take longer, especially around holidays.

Will I be updated?

All packages are tracked, you will receive the tracking number by mail.

Do you ship worldwide?

No, at the moment delivery is only possible if you have an address inside the European Union. It is because as a one person business, I unfortunately can't keep up with all the changing regulation of each country.
